Service Description

Private yoga lessons are great for those seeking a more individualized experience and hands-on adjustments. Before we begin working together, we will discuss your goals, questions, and concerns to develop a program fit for you (i.e. flexibility, improving your breath control, inversion practice).

Cancellation Policy
