Comprehensive Yoga for Youth Student Athletes

Yoga is a great way for high school student athletes to improve their physical and mental health. It can help increase flexibility, balance, and strength, which can lead to better performance on the field or court. Additionally, yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, which can be especially beneficial for student athletes who are juggling schoolwork and sports.

This comprehensive 12-week program combines the physical benefits of cross-training, stretching, and recovery, and the mental benefits of mindfulness and meditation all in one. Research has proven the importance of cross-training to prevent overuse injuries, reduce athlete burnout, and increase mental resilience
